Conservative Party Manifesto 2019, p.53
We will proudly maintain our commitment to spend 0.7 per cent of GNI on development...
- This is a promise to continue investing 0.7% of Gross National Income (GNI) on Official Development Assistance (ODA).
- There is a legal duty on government to maintain ODA at the O.7% level.
- There has been no attempt to change the law on the level of ODA spending, so this policy is ‘in progress’.
